Is there a significant difference in sick leave figures among the different departments within the organization? How often do violations against the rules of the Working Hours Act [Arbeidstijdenwet] or the collective labor agreement occur? These are important questions that surely demand answers within your company. With the aid of the Report Generator from Harmony, these answers are on the way.
HARMONY Report Generator features a large number of standard reports such as attendance lists, personnel rosters, and summaries of sickness and recovery reports, exchanges, changes, and qualifications. All reports are accessible via the menu within HARMONY and are subsequently generated in the background with the aid of Business Objects. In a Business Objects environment you can use the Report Generator for the following activities:
- drawing up and amending reports in PDF and Excel format in accordance with your requirements
- combining data with other information systems
- sending reports and summaries direct by e-mail
- protecting (sensitive) information using means of authorization.
