Our HARMONY software helps crew dispatchers to make the right decisions. HARMONY supports basic crew dispatch functionality like: marking off employees, adjusting shift times and tasks, entering extra shifts and shift trading. In addition, HARMONY provides an organized overview of uncovered shifts and indicates which employees should be assigned to vacant shifts based on availability, required qualifications and labor regulations.
