Field Services Optimization
ORTEC Service Planning (OSP) is an integrated planning system for the optimization of employee planning and dispatch for employees engaged in field or customer service. It can be used to centrally manage the entire planning process from order management to resources management, planning and ultimately communication with mobile end devices.
Based on the available capacities, all tasks can be planned and controlled taking geographic aspects into consideration in manual, semi-autonomic or automatic form. In turn, restrictions such as time window, employee qualification or regional competencies are considered.
