Zabatt Inc. selects ORTEC’s Service Planning Solution (OSP)

ORTEC announces that Zabatt Inc. has chosen ORTEC’s Service Planning Solution to schedule and manage their field service technicians. ORTEC was selected over 6 other competitors, based on the strength of the solution and the professionalism within ORTEC’s organization.
ORTEC Service Planning (OSP) is an integrated planning and optimization solution for employees engaged in field or customer service. Zabatt will use the system to centrally manage their entire planning process including order management, resources management, dispatch and communication with mobile devices. All orders will be planned and controlled taking geographic aspects into consideration as well as required skill level, work hours, service windows, least milage, and least cost of total solution.
